This Personal Data Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Privacy Policy”) applies to all information that the Diesel Trust LLC website (hereinafter referred to as “Fuel Cards”) located at the dtcard.ru domain name (and its subdomains) may obtain about the User while using the dtcard.ru website (and its subdomains), its programs, and its products.

1.1.7. “User of the “Diesel Trust LLC” website (hereinafter referred to as the “User”) is an individual who accesses the “Diesel Trust LLC” website via the Internet and uses the information, materials, and products on the “Diesel Trust LLC” website.
1.1.8. “Cookies” are small pieces of data sent by a web server and stored on the user’s computer, which a web client or web browser sends to the web server in an HTTP request each time an attempt is made to open a page on the corresponding website.

Personal data permitted to be processed under this Privacy Policy is provided by the User by filling out forms on the Diesel Trust LLC website and includes the following information:

7.2. The Administration will not be liable for the loss or disclosure of Confidential Information if such confidential information:
7.2.1. Became publicly known prior to its loss or disclosure.
7.2.2. Was received from a third party prior to its receipt by the Resource Administration.
7.2.3. Was disclosed with the consent of the User.
7.3. The User is fully responsible for compliance with Russian legislation, including, but not limited to, laws on advertising, copyright and related rights protection, trademark and service mark protection, and full responsibility for the content and form of materials.
7.4. The User acknowledges that responsibility for any information (including, but not limited to, data files, texts, etc.) to which they may have access as part of the Diesel Trust LLC website lies with the person who provided such information.
7.5.
